- Interface with HR customers handling employee related issues.
- Manage staff working at various projects.
- Preparation of contract agreements.
- Negotiation of Benefits terms.
- Application of employment Passes.
- Follow-up on staff renewal, performance, etc.
- Involved in counseling & grievances process & procedures.
- Attend to disciplinary and termination cases.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Degree / Diploma holder with 2 years HR generalist experience
- Familiar with Singapore Employment Act
- Have good communication and presentation skills
- Able to work independently on a broad variety of projects.
- Have good professional appearance
- Have a strong level of influence and negotiation skills
