- Building effective working relationships with the business; understanding their issues, concerns, and priorities.
- Take the lead role in assisting with the business case, planning and monitoring,
- Translating and simplifying requirements. Identifying areas that may require systems solutions.
- Degree / Diploma in Computing/Computer Science
- Min 3 -5 years’ experience in supporting SAP HR / Payroll
- Techno-functional experience
- Experience in working in a user facing role
- Experience in ABAP programming is an added advantage
