Responsibilities

  • Drive impact through experience design – from persona, user context, user journey (l2 > l3)
  • Identify problem statements and structure requirements with end-to-end coverage to show impact to process and TOM
  • Across all segments - Personal, SME, Commercial / Corporate
  • Across all touchpoints: branch, app, web, RM
  • Across context and mode of use
  • Banking and beyond banking initiatives
  • All customer segments and banking operational teams
  • Trace requirement through delivery
  • Design the L1 / L2 user journey mapping artifacts through co-creation of business, end users, and technology
  • Structure and manage the overall traceability matrix: capability > KPI > Features > Persona / User flows > L2 User Journey design > L3 / L4 user requirements (in user story)
  • Design internal screens (XRM) and contribute to design asset library
  • Standardize and modularize user activities, screens, and highlight all deviation from standards
  • Business requirements: KPIs, user features
  • User requirements: flow / scenarios
  • Screen visuals and screen flows
  • References to system features / services / functions
  • Impact to design assets
  • Continuously refine end to end Experience Design Framework and evangelize its best practice governances:
  • Collaboration approaches: how to facilitate large workshops with a complex blend of Business (Segment, Products, Compliance…), Operation teams, and Technology (System Analysts, Delivery Leads… ) to define effective persona / user journey / scenarios
  • Regular reviews of end to end user impact in governance forums
  • Establish a practical mix of Lean Six Sigma blended with relevant design thinking methodologies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent
  • Deep knowledge of user journey formats
  • Banking knowledge
  • Fluent in a diagraming tool to sketch low/ mid fi wireframes (Lucid Charts, Visio…)
  • 6 – 10 years of experience in regional / international banks
  • Proficient in user requirement management
  • Experience with core banking and digital platforms
  • Pragmatic use of design thinking methods to align and reach group consensus
  • Understand and integrate digital disruption and customer high expectation of experience of financial services
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills to C-level
  • Managed and working in blended team with partners
  • Experience in IT Strategy consulting
  • Certified with well-known design thinking programs

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency Contract employment.
