Responsibilities

  • Program Manager is the link between the Management Team and the client’s business, via the Account Management Team
  • Responsible for the overall success of the program.
  • Oversees the co-ordination and administration of all aspects of an ongoing program, including planning, organizing, staffing, leading and managing the program activities. The incumbent will also drive the researches, planning, developing and implementation of one or more of the Company’s professional services.
  • Responsible for the resolution of the client’s business action items developed from the client‘s feedback forums, tenders or any assigned projects
  • Manage the strategic aspects of large engagements to mitigate any potential risks Develop, implement and maintain sound business practices Develop and implement strategic objectives and practices that are aligned with the region’s strategic initiatives
  • Provide leadership and guidance on all aspects of the project and delivery cycles
  • Manage the business development on a strategic level
  • Communicate effectively with the Delivery Team, clients and Business Service Operations Team to identify the needs, and evaluate alternative business solutions and strategies
  • Ensure delivery of superior solutions to Delivery Team, clients and Business Service Operations Team
  • Provide senior level resolution to Delivery Team, clients and Business Service Operations Team
  • Support pre-sales and post-sales activities and propose new creative solutions for any opportunities or assigned projects
  • Prepare tender responses, solution proposals and quotations for existing or new clients when required
  • Work with cross-functional teams in the development of an ideal IT integrated solution for both existing and new clients
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with the accounts’ Service Delivery Team to ensure smooth and excellent service delivery
  • Conduct reviews on the accounts regularly to evaluate clients’ management of the account
  • Develop a sound understanding of the Company’s products and services, and source for opportunities to promote the services to the existing base
  • Manage overall performance of the projects and programs including service improvement programs assigned
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned

Requirements

  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Information Technology / Information Systems / Computer Science, Business IT or other relevant disciplines
  • PMP and/or Prince 2 certified is preferred
  • ITIL Foundation certified is a must
  • At least 10 years of IT Service Outsourcing experience with proven ability to work in large groups and for large accounts to lead large teams
  • Strong project management skills
  • Sound business acumen, customer focus and good financial management skills
  • Self-motivated and pro-active in heading off issues and identifying new opportunities
  • Effective interpersonal skills, both written and presentation
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, combined with the ability to provide quick resolution to problems
  • Experience in coaching and staff development is mandatory
  • Demonstrate strong leadership abilities and drive to excel and achieve goals

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 2 Years Agency Contract employment.
