• Support mobile app development and intranet application modernization.
  • Analyze, design, and develop new requirements for projects
  • Translate user requirements into working business process models
  • Create and maintain solution documentation
  • Manage process change with stakeholders and minimize disruptions to automation
  • Work closely with outsourced vendors to deliver services, solutions, and resolution of incidents, problems, etc within the agreed timelines, with clearly defined and measurable benefits to the business
  • Work on continuous improvements to the systems and processes through proactive reviews and optimization initiatives with the business
  • Manage the expectations of senior stakeholders and maintain a healthy and consistent pipeline of projects and changes
  • Participate in regular meetings with stakeholders to build trust, collaboration and IT presence


  • The vision and hands-on experience to architect design, standards, and processes in our Intranet suite of applications to deliver customer centric solutions
  • More than 5 years of software development experience
  • Experience with mobile app development
  • Experience managing vendors.
  • Problem-solving and analysis skills
  • Strong communication skills (presentation and written)
  • Motivated and independent. Able to receive an assigned task and see it through to completion with minimal supervision
  • Versatile and adaptable self-starter who thrive in a fast paced environment
