Responsibilities

  • Continuously seek information to improve the vendor experience and makes recommendations to the existing process.
  • Create and manage vendor accounts and contractual agreements per SOP
  • Audit vendor costs and ensures that procurement costs are in line with goals
  • Assist vendors in product creation
  • Implement promotional programs for vendor(s)
  • Internal reporting
  • Regularly audit all vendor elements, performs deep dive analysis on problems to understand root causes and makes decisions based on data
  • Act as an escalation point to respond to customer needs for vendor(s)
  • Educate vendor(s) on tools, processes and resources
  • Simplify or automate tasks to drive improved business performance
  • Manage products from launch to end of life with goal of automating any manual tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Management with 1 to 2 years working experience in Marketing / Merchandising / Account Management
  • Proficient in MS Excel Pivot table and V-Lookup will be ideal
  • Confidence in communicating both internally and externally
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Analytical skills, familiarity with data analysis methodologies and high computer literacy, with ability to learn new systems quickly
