Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the general administration and smooth running of a project office
  • Assist to exercise PMO procedures during the project life cycle and monitor project performance.
  • Provide general administration support such as billing, procurement, report generation, filing, documentation, meeting scheduling, assist in doing project documentation, project tracking, project and financial tracking etc.

  • Possess initiative and disposition with a strong commitment and orientation towards results and high-quality standards
  • Able to travel as required
