• Key member of order fulfilment team
  • Interact with sales on purchase order, acknowledgement and delivery
  • Verify sales requirements and authorize build order to subcontractor
  • Ensure smooth execution of every order
  • Manage order tracking process and ensure orders are processed accordance to schedule and commitment
  • Plan, prioritize and coordinate monthly sales forecast
  • Manage customer returns and repair services, verify and authorize the returns


  • Degree in any field. Minimum 3 years experiences in order-to-cash processes.
  • Diploma holder with more than 5 years of relevant experiences will be considered
  • Experience in SAP system SD, SM, or MM module
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Words, PowerPoint
  • Able to multitask in a fast paced environment with organizational skills to handle roles of order processing
  • Good written and speaking communication skills
  • Good and positive work attitude
  • Resourceful with good problem solving skill
  • Able to work independently, willing to contribute and work in a team
  • Experience in sub-contractor management will be an added advantage
