Responsibilities
- Support Annual Learning Needs Analysis and implement learning plan for staff learning and development needs
- Manage employees' training requests and maintain learning records using SuccessFactor Learning Management System
- Sourcing and liaising with training providers on course registration and payments
- Manage training grant administration
- Prepare and issue LOU/ Training Deed
- Attend to employees' enquiries on L&D matters
- Support other HR adhoc projects
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma holder with 1 Year HR experience
- Team player and is self-motivated to work independently
- Positive attitude with service oriented mindset
- Meticulous with effective follow up skills
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications such as Microsoft Excel (e.g. Pivot table, VLOOKUP, etc)- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System would be advantageous
- Shortlisted candidate is required to commence work in December 2024
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 8 months agency contract employment.
