Responsibilities

  • Delegate tasks and responsibilities, and provide guidance to the project team
  • Manage day to day activities and ensure contractual Service Level Agreement is met
  • Co-ordinate and report the progress of the project to customers and internal management team(s)
  • To lead and deliver project’s deliverables according to delivery timeline and ensure the delivered system meets the customer’s requirements
  • Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
  • Develops solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
  • Manage and ensure quality assurance for all deliverables/documentation to the customer
  • Plan adequate resources, including tools to support configuration management and data management activities for this project.
  • Setting up and manage the configuration management environment, including the Project Management Repository.
  • Manage approved patches/releases deployment accordingly to Change Request
  • Review project costing and ensure the cost are well managed.
  • Plan/ review schedule and able to adjust the schedule accordingly.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in the Information Technology field
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in projects management
  • Strong management skills, including coaching, team-building, and conflict resolution
  • Experience in Software Development Life-Cycle. Experience in Secure Software - Development Life-Cycle is an added advantage
  • Familiar with the various system platforms such as Java, MS .Net, web, application, database servers, networking and infrastructure
