Responsibilities

  • Propose and implement manpower planning and resourcing strategies to hire quality candidates to meet the manpower needs and ensure efficient end-to-end process with on-boarding new hires on a cost-effective manner.
  • Manage and execute the end-to-end recruitment process. 
  • Responsible for annual manpower projections, budget preparation and submission and utilisation. 
  • Manage the manpower reporting analysis.
  • Deliver human resource operations to meet the service standards.
  • Provide performance management guidance to the Leads and the line managers that contribute towards a professionally conducted annual Total Performance Management Exercise.
  • Provide forward-looking solutions to address issues faced by Leads and line managers.
  • Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of relevant HR working experience. HR Experience in healthcare sector, while not a pre-requisite, will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Team player, independent, resourceful and adaptable in a dynamic work environment.
  • Meticulous and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Excel, MS Powerpoint tools for data analysis, building manpower dashboards, etc.
  • Good numeric sense, meticulous and a strong problem-solver.
