Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for retail processes
- Configure Dynamics 365 FnO modules, including Retail, POS, Supply Chain, and Inventory Management.
- Develop and implement customizations, reports, and integrations using Retail/Commerce SDK, C# and Power Platform
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues within the system.
- Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure functionality aligns with business requirements.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing support to maximize system adoption.
- Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices.
- Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, particularly in retail modules.
- Strong understanding of retail business processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in Retail/Commerce SDK, C# and SQL
- Experience with data migration and integration tools (e.g., Data Management Framework).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
