Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for retail processes
  • Configure Dynamics 365 FnO modules, including Retail, POS, Supply Chain, and Inventory Management.
  • Develop and implement customizations, reports, and integrations using Retail/Commerce SDK, C# and Power Platform
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues within the system.
  • Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure functionality aligns with business requirements.
  • Train end-users and provide ongoing support to maximize system adoption.
  • Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices.
  • Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, particularly in retail modules.
  • Strong understanding of retail business processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Retail/Commerce SDK, C# and SQL
  • Experience with data migration and integration tools (e.g., Data Management Framework).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
