Responsibilities
- Perform General Administration
- Perform Daily Operational Tasks
- Perform Scheduled Tasks
- Perform System Defects Management
- Perform Network Management Services
- Monitor System and Network Health Status using the Tivoli and Solarwinds
- Submit Daily Report
- Submit Incident Report
- Assist Customer on Exercise Support
- Assist Customer on System Audit
Requirements
- Diploma holders in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Min 2 years’ experience in mission critical systems and preferably three years’ experience in hardware installation and deployment.
- Min 1 year of Computer System engineering (System configuration, Network system and System backup) knowledge.
- Able to work 12 hours shift
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 year agency contract employment.
