Responsibilities

  • Provide counseling on policies and procedures
  • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions and managing the hiring process
  • Create and implement effective on boarding plans
  • Handle PIP process with project team
  • Assist in performance/appraisal management processes
  • Assist in Probation review, Exit Interview and Contract Renewal process
  • Liaise with agency on CVs, interview arrangement, offer package, contract renewal etc.
  • Engage new agency from recruitment
  • Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements
  • Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
  • Handle PO/PR & Invoice for agency staff
  • Handle and Maintain all types of Leave records

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science/ Bachelor in business administration, social studies or Diploma holder with 2-3 years HR experience
  • Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  • Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 year Agency Contract employment.
