• Collaborate with development teams to provide guidance on DevOps best practices, code quality, and performance optimization.
• Maintain and enhance monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure the availability and performance of applications.
• Manage and optimize PostgreSQL and MySQL databases, including schema design, query optimization, and backups.
• Implement security best practices and compliance standards to protect applications and data.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployments, infrastructure, and application performance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in DevOps and cloud computing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or Architect, with a strong background in deploying and managing web applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Ruby, with the ability to write and maintain scripts and automation tools.
• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, Next.js, and React frameworks/libraries for application development.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and MySQL databases, including optimization and maintenance.
• Expertise in AWS services, especially EC2 and Beanstalk, with the ability to design and manage cloud infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools like Jenkins, Travis CI, or CircleCI.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
