Responsibilities
- Work with client PO to understand requirements, workshop facilitation, generate user stories, and ensure developers are building according to clearly written acceptance criteria.
- Self-Motivated and able to drive requirements with clients to ensure alignment with business objectives and requirements.
- Assess and recommend architecture solutions in alignment with client needs and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Ensure that project documentation is accurate, timely, and meets quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Business Analyst with minimum 4-5 years of experience with PEGA background including Pega 7.x and/or 8.x platform experience.
- Strong understanding of design patterns and component-based design.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with mapping business processes and information flows and capturing them in designs, cases, and user stories.
- Professional certification in Pega technology is required.
