Lead a HR shared service team to provide HR operational support in accordance with the service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
The scope of HR operational support covers the employee lifecycle administration after onboarding, specifically contract management services that include probation confirmation, employee transfer, redesignation, conversion of employment contract terms, retirement and re-employment.
You will also be responsible for driving HR system enhancement and projects that leverage on technology to achieve work efficiency for the department.
Manage, coach and develop the team members to enhance their competencies in the handling of daily operations and complex issues, and improve the overall service quality of the team. You ensure that the work processes are carried out in compliance with HR policies and government regulations, and the documentation of these work processes are in place and kept up-to-date. You are also responsible for the design, review and implementation of work process improvements and process streamlining.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resource or Business-related qualification.
At least 8 years of HR experience of which 5 years are HR Operations experience and with in-depth knowledge of employee life-cycle administration.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a people-manager role.
Prior HR shared services experience in large scale corporations is preferred.
Knowledge of RPA or MS Power Automate and prior hands-on experience in implementing technology-related projects or tools will be an added advantage.

Able to think on your feet, problem solve effectively and respond positively to changing priorities.
