Responsibilities

Provides planning and monitoring, milestone management, resources forecasting and change management across the project portfolio.
Guarantees the quality of the deliverables, the compliance with the contractual schedule and the allocated budget.
Works with a technical team and arrange regular teams meetings to reach project objectives
Help the team members to resolve conflicts and interface problems within the project and ensure successful delivery of the project.
Manage customer relationship during the projects through strong governance.
Expected to manage multiple projects concurrently

Requirements

Degree in Computer Science / Software engineering / Information technology related fields.
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in managing large and complex projects covering IT, information systems and Engineering fields, with external subcontracting.
With an experience in the implementation of complex information systems (CCTV e.g. Milestone VMS, Database e.g. Oracle, Network e.g. Cisco, Alcatel, IT Cyber-security e.g. HSM, CyberArk, Biometric Management System) and/or system architecture, the candidate has strong organizational and management capabilities, and solid understanding of full development cycle.
An international certification in project management (PMI, for example) is a plus.
