Responsibilities

  • Support your Manager to provide sales order fulfilment, delivery management and billing distribution services to business units. 
  • Responsible for processing customer orders, handling requests and solving issues relating to the entire Order to Cash end to end process. 
  • Fulfil sales orders, process sales orders and purchase orders and handle sales order inquiries
  • Act as the key intermediary between internal and external stakeholders and CSS Compilers/SSC in providing excellent sales support to Business Units.
  • Follow up on the status of delivery, billing, collection, payment, responding to customers and vendors queries, contributing to excellent customer relationships and ensuring smooth sales operations. 
  • Perform investigation on aged open tasks & ad-hoc tasks and ensure closure in a timely manner
  • Drive local statutory and group compliance through monthly project reporting on sales orders backlog, unbilled revenue, work-in-progress stock, accrued expenses & ensuring that completed projects are closed in SAP in a timely manner. 

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Operations or relevant disciplines with 3-5 years experience 
  • SAP knowledge is preferred with experience in Project
  • Experience on project financial accounting
  • Experience in established Multinationals
  • Good customer care and communication skill
  • Ability to work independently and as a team
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Positive attitude and mindset for continuous improvement
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Word and Excel
