Senior Assistant Manager
  • Collaborate with relevant department to map out requirements and develop a Manpower Planning Tools that taps on various data sources and planning parameters to optimise manpower Estab.  
  • Explore feasibility of scaling Institution manpower planning templates across all Job Groups.
  • Engage with various stakeholders to gain understanding of operational planning to drive and influence tools adoption.
  • Work closely with Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) committee to familiarize with long-range planning to support cluster’s expansionary demands.
  • Familiarize with yearly manpower budgeting process and work closely with team lead to use manpower planning tool as part of annual budgeting process.
  • Establish performance indicators, measure and achievement of desired business outcomes, identify improvement opportunities to achieve the desired outcomes.

Assistant Director/Senior Assistant Director
  • Drive business intelligence function at group HR-Centre of Excellence (COE), formulate cluster-wide manpower planning initiatives and parameters, and monitor the implementation of HR Analytics, manpower strategies and plans.
  • Develop a harmonized process on budgeting, projection/forecasting, reconciliation, and cross-charging across cluster. 
  • Collaborate with relevant specialties in different job groups to develop, define and implement short- and long-term manpower plans
  • Working closely with business leaders in understanding their staffing norm and requirements, creating and implementing appropriate manpower parameters/models, including predictive analytics and scenario simulation. 
  • Analysing and benchmarking manpower planning requirements, including undertaking and analysing manpower productivity/sustainability to drive organizational excellence and effectiveness. Leveraging on data to gain insights that will serve as inputs for developing effective HR initiatives to meet the broad objectives of the organization. 
  • This role will also be responsible for day-to-day operations of servicing the needs of various stakeholders for HR reporting, dashboard and perform data analytics from MyHR (Successfactor) for cluster, Head Office and Centralized Group level regulatory reporting, data harmonization/alignment and design of Advance reports.

Requirements

Senior Assistant Manager
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Above – Major in a quantitative discipline i.e. Finance, statistics, human resources, economics, or any related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR function with Manpower Planning experience is preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines and capable to effectively prioritize/organize work.
  • Strong analytical, organization and problem-solving skills with advanced excel skills.
  • Machine learning skills will be good to have.
  • Excellent communication, presentation with interpersonal skills.

Assistant Director/Senior Assistant Director
  • Minimum of a good bachelor’s degree, with expertise in data analysis, statistics, programming (phython, machine learning and domain knowledge to extract insights and knowledge from data. 
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in manpower planning analytics and modelling with strong ability to summarise, visualise, and present data for decision making.
  • Proven experience in manpower analytics, benchmarking, trending, and statistical reporting, ensuring optimal performance.
  • Good understanding of HR systems (especially SuccessFactors) and business intelligence databases.
  • Possess analytical skills for reviewing, analysing data and information, and making appropriate recommendations.
  • Experience in developing and utilising predictive analytics and statistical modelling will be an added advantage.
  • Skills in support tools (Power BI, Tableau, macro excel) and knowledge of database management.
