Responsibilities

To provide 24 x 7 support for Data Center running on 12 hours shift
Maintain systems plus controls to protect unauthorized access, disclosure, modification and deletion of information through resources and computer networks.
Support logs, categorizes, prioritizes, tracks, and routes
Interact directly with business technical specialist to guide on authentication, authorization and encryption solutions.
Investigate known and suspected information security events and develop related reports.
Resolve issues through responding IT threats and vulnerabilities.
Implement Change Request and Service Request.
Perform patching on security equipment.
To implement change request and service request
Implement and update security procedures in accordance to information security policies and guidelines.
Manage and operates security solutions. Syslog servers, SIEM, Privilege user management.

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Computer Science/Electronics/IT or equivalent
1 to 3 years of relevant working experience in IT infrastructure operation
More experienced candidates will be considered for the L2 Security Engineer role
12 hrs shift working

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency contract employment.
