Responsibilities

Microsoft 365 - Assess current systems to identify opportunities for replacing them with M365 solutions.
Propose the solution and perform the system replacement (for simple or straightforward solutions).
Analyze users' problem statements and use cases, recommending M365 solutions to address the problem statements or use cases.
Actively identify opportunities for streamlined processes and automation using M365 tools.
Conduct M365 design thinking workshops to enhance user proficiency in M365 tools.
Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries on the use of M365 products and educate users on best practices of M365. Organize and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and user communities to encourage peer-to-peer learning.
Assist in the development of simple solutions within the M365 environment as needed
