Responsibilities

  • Project Financial Administrative
  • Prepare sales instruction form to load sales order 
  • Project forecasting
  • Admin activities in the procurement workflow to raise purchase requisitions/orders etc
  • Admin activities in the receivable/payable workflow e.g raising of invoices, ensure invoices are approved
  • Assist project managers in consolidating all billing matters ie clients, subcontractors, vendors
  • Project Office Administration
  • Maintain project team contact list
  • Document filing of electronic document in accordance with project framework compliant to ISO standard
  • Coordinate and liaise with project teams to ensure all project related documentations are in place
  • Arrange and coordinate travel, accommodation, visa or event
  • Perform other administrative tasks to assist core team members
  • Liaise with recruitment vendors and agencies to fulfil manpower placements in a timely manner
  • Conduct orientation and on-boarding of new joiners 
  • Administration of contract renewal
  • Administration of leave management, transfers/movements, performance appraisal reviews etc. 
  • Manage off-boarding processes and clearance 
  • Ensure accuracy in the maintenance of manpower records in the system 
  • Verify and process invoices for all contract manpower

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Business Studies or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in similar job capacity
  • Proficient in MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Must be detailed, accurate and meticulous  
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Self-motivated, proactive and independent 


Shortlisted candidate will be offered a 1 Year Agency contract employment.
