Responsibilities
- Actively participate and contribute in team discussions, as well as provide solutions to work-related problems. Your primary skill proficiency should be intermediate in IT Troubleshooting.
- Additionally, having beginner proficiency in Application Remediation and Engineering Support will be advantageous
- Provide technical support for critical business systems
- Identify and troubleshoot issues within multiple components of the system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve system performance
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for system support and troubleshooting
- Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support
Requirements
- Diploma in Computer engineering or related
- At least 5-8 years of relevant experiences
- Analysis and troubleshooting skills – be able to understand the issues raised by user and dig deeper to the root cause of the problems to provide technically proven solution
