Responsibilities

  • Actively participate and contribute in team discussions, as well as provide solutions to work-related problems. Your primary skill proficiency should be intermediate in IT Troubleshooting. 
  • Additionally, having beginner proficiency in Application Remediation and Engineering Support will be advantageous
  • Provide technical support for critical business systems
  • Identify and troubleshoot issues within multiple components of the system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve system performance
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for system support and troubleshooting
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support

Requirements

  • Diploma in Computer engineering or related
  • At least 5-8 years of relevant experiences
  • Analysis and troubleshooting skills – be able to understand the issues raised by user and dig deeper to the root cause of the problems to provide technically proven solution
