Responsibilities

Monitoring and Support: Continuously monitor the performance and availability of all IT systems, including servers, networks, and applications. Provide first-level support and troubleshooting for any issues that arise.
Incident Management: Respond to and resolve IT incidents promptly, following established procedures and escalation protocols. Document all incidents and resolutions in the incident management system.
System Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks, such as software updates, patch management, and system backups, to ensure the integrity and security of IT systems.
IP Network SDWAN standard SR/CR: Perform pre-defined standard change for various SDWAN platform (Cisco Viptela, Velocloud, Rasnet, Silverpeak Fortinet etc)
Operational Tasks: Execute daily operational tasks, such as system health checks, log reviews, and performance monitoring. Ensure all scheduled tasks are completed within defined SLAs.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with other IT teams, stakeholders, and end-users. Provide regular updates on the status of ongoing incidents and operational activities.
Compliance and Security: Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements, ensuring IT operations are conducted securely and in compliance with relevant standards.

Requirements

Bachelor/ Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
Minimum of 1 year working experience in IT Infrastructure Operation and/or Support (LAN/WAN/Systems/Cloud)
Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux), network protocols, VMware and IT infrastructure. Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems.
Proficiency in network SDWAN platforms. Experience with performing change request and troubleshooting.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills and a passion for information security

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency contract employment.
