Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate workshops with up to 20 client stakeholders to gather requirements, present solutions, and drive project objectives.
- Design and configure Salesforce Partner Community Portal to meet client requirements, ensuring the portal is user-friendly and aligned with best practices.
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., development, project management) and external partners to ensure effective implementation and integration of the portal.
- Develop comprehensive business requirements documents, process flows, and functional specifications. Analyze and translate business needs into actionable configurations.
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement in the partner portal and contribute to the development of best practices and innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus.
- At least 2-4 years of relevant experiences
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Salesforce Partner Community Portal design and configuration
- Past knowledge of Telco Order Management processes and familiarity with CloudSense is advantageous.
- Good sense of UI/UX design with the ability to create an effective and engaging user experience
