Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of Global Talent Programme to attract candidates from overseas universities. This will involve end-to-end implementation from outreach/marketing, candidate interviews, selection, onboarding and monitoring of candidates' progress in the programme.
  • Propose and implement a learning analytics dashboard (using Excel or Access with visualisation) to automate the tracking of key talent & learning KPIs.
  • Propose innovative solutions to beef up the mentor-mentee engagements for existing Mentoring programmes and assist with the monitoring of the progress of the programmes.
  • Assist with engagements involving the Hi-pos and scholars with the Senior mgmt.
  • Assist with professional studies sponsorship nomination/application.
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management
  • Experience is Talent Management and/or L&D is advantageous but not necessary
  • Able to work as a team player and be proactive
  • Meticulous and organised individual
  • Confident to communicate with all levels/ diverse cultural backgrounds
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proficient in MS Excel Office/Access/Powerpoint skills
