Responsibilities
- Support the execution of Global Talent Programme to attract candidates from overseas universities. This will involve end-to-end implementation from outreach/marketing, candidate interviews, selection, onboarding and monitoring of candidates' progress in the programme.
- Propose and implement a learning analytics dashboard (using Excel or Access with visualisation) to automate the tracking of key talent & learning KPIs.
- Propose innovative solutions to beef up the mentor-mentee engagements for existing Mentoring programmes and assist with the monitoring of the progress of the programmes.
- Assist with engagements involving the Hi-pos and scholars with the Senior mgmt.
- Assist with professional studies sponsorship nomination/application.
- Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management
- Experience is Talent Management and/or L&D is advantageous but not necessary
- Able to work as a team player and be proactive
- Meticulous and organised individual
- Confident to communicate with all levels/ diverse cultural backgrounds
- Ability to work independently
- Proficient in MS Excel Office/Access/Powerpoint skills
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 6 months agency contract employment.
