Responsibilities

  • Responsible for acting as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. 
  • Your day-to- day activities will include coaching and mentoring the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation, and facilitating scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. 
  • You will also be expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. 
  • Implement innovative strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the software development team 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements 
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the Agile methodologies used by the team Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between team members and stakeholders 
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Agile software development. 
  • Design finance setup, orders, billing management, finance processing 

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Studies or related
  • At least three (3) years of experience as a Scrum Master or equivalent in Agile projects.
  • Expert proficiency in Billing Process is required. 
  • Scrum proficiency at an advanced level, along with advanced proficiency in Agile Project Management, Agile Methods (ADM for Distributed Agile Development), and accounting-related skills such as Accounts Receivable Collection and Accounting Journal Entries are recommended. 


Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency Contract employment.
