Responsibilities
- Overall provide corrective maintenance works/activities through the following (but not limited to) Card Access System, CCTV System, Networks, Windows/Linux Servers, Integrated Security Systems
- Responsible for the deployed system functionalities and ensure in always working condition.
- Provide onsite support for the integrated security systems
- Perform routine and corrective maintenance, software enhancement, bug fixes, testing and commissioning to meet contractual requirements.
- Perform standby duty after office hours as and when required
- Attend to ad hoc call during and after office hours
- Working as a team to support operations, ensure optimum uptime and achieve business KPI.
- Collate reports and checklist of PM works for billing purpose and CM works report for filing.
- Prepare/updates service checklist.
- Monitor of spare parts availability to support and meet downtime of system. Monitor of EOL/EOS of equipment installed
- Co-ordinate with sub-contractors and customer on site matters, work schedule and quality of work.
- Support Contract administration works (Ordering, billing milestone, O&M submission, Operation Manual submission, maintenance checklist and asset list)
- Assist A&A work/ VO work for sites during maintenance cycle
- Perform other job responsibilities as and when assigned.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years working experience in Security Systems Product
- Working Proficient in troubleshooting CCTV, Door Access and Alarm system
- Experienced in 24/7 standby
- Candidate should have good interpersonal communication and presentation skills and is a team player.
