Responsibilities

Overall provide corrective maintenance works/activities through the following (but not limited to) Card Access System, CCTV System, Networks, Windows/Linux Servers, Integrated Security Systems
Responsible for the deployed system functionalities and ensure in always working condition.
Provide onsite support for the integrated security systems
Perform routine and corrective maintenance, software enhancement, bug fixes, testing and commissioning to meet contractual requirements.
Perform standby duty after office hours as and when required
Attend to ad hoc call during and after office hours
Working as a team to support operations, ensure optimum uptime and achieve business KPI.
Collate reports and checklist of PM works for billing purpose and CM works report for filing.
Prepare/updates service checklist.
Monitor of spare parts availability to support and meet downtime of system. Monitor of EOL/EOS of equipment installed
Co-ordinate with sub-contractors and customer on site matters, work schedule and quality of work.
Support Contract administration works (Ordering, billing milestone, O&M submission, Operation Manual submission, maintenance checklist and asset list)
Assist A&A work/ VO work for sites during maintenance cycle
Perform other job responsibilities as and when assigned.

Requirements

At least 2-3 years working experience in Security Systems Product
Working Proficient in troubleshooting CCTV, Door Access and Alarm system
Experienced in 24/7 standby
Candidate should have good interpersonal communication and presentation skills and is a team player.
