Responsibilities

Lead the research, development and deployment of advanced communication technologies, including next-gen Cellular Network, IoT and next-gen networking solutions (including network waveform and management)
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the communications industry
Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with industry leaders, academic institutions, and other stakeholders to drive innovation and growth
Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that meet their requirements
Ensure all communication technologies and solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Build, mentor and manage a high-performing team of product line managers

Requirements

10 years of experience in the communications industry, with a proven track record of leading successful projects and teams
Deep understanding of communication protocols, waveform design and experience with Software Defined Radio platforms
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, with a focus on innovation and growth
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a matrix-reporting team structure
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners
