Responsibilities

  • Microsoft 365 Application Ownership and manage Application/Software lifecycle
  • Manage core Microsoft 365 Office Apps (including Visio, Project, OneDrive and MS Teams clients) on Windows, Mac and mobile platforms 
  • Provide support for monitoring, managing availability, handling service request and incident, perform root cause analysis, measuring the performance and produce monthly report. 
  • Work together with the support team as well as the other infrastructure team, security team to deliver the services. 
  • Examine and control Office related add-ins 
  • Application Packaging and Deployment through SCCM/Intune
  • Familiar with Windows and Mac Operating Systems
  • 3rd Level Application support for Windows, Mac and Mobile
  • Deployment Coordinator, Packages / Updates / Patches / New Versions

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in providing IT support with a minimum of 2 years in managing Microsoft 365. 
  • Desirable professional education or equivalent certification (e.g., Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365)
  • Strong IT infrastructure knowledge (e.g., software, patching, policies, Windows and Mac operating system)
  • Advanced PowerShell scripting, PowerShell, SCCM/Intune
  • Technical expert in Client related Project work and PowerShell scripting 
  • Customizations through GPO/Cloud policy/Intune (Windows), Jamf (Mac/Mobile)
  • Service Now or any Incident management ticketing tool
  • Familiar with iOS and Android Operating Systems
  • Familiarity with ITIL and IT Service management.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Power Platform will be advantageous.
