Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting, configuration, and support of Power Platform related issues
  • Applying Power Apps including an in-depth understanding of customisation, configuration, integration, and extensibility, as well as boundaries and constraints.
  • Being adept at leveraging new approaches to solutions for system design and functionality.
  • Addressing and remediating security vulnerability findings in PowerApps.
  • Collaborates with IT and business teams to design, build and run Power Platform solutions that optimise and automate business processes, and enhance overall client experience.
  • Provide architecture, configuration, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365.
  • Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, Office 365, and SharePoint can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.
  • Documenting solutions and workarounds
  • Escalation contacts to Vendor
  • Manage and Monitor Licensing

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in providing IT support with a minimum of 2 years in managing Power Platform technology.
  • Experienced in the followings: 
a) Power Platform: Power Apps/Automate/BI/Dataverse
b) Power Platform integration with M365 workload (eg. SharePoint, Teams, Outlook)
c) Power Platform admin and governance
d) Application lifecycle management (ALM) with Power Platform
e) Power Platform CLI, PowerShell and Dataverse Web API
f) Integration with REST API, Custom Connector
g) Power Platform: Virtual Agent/Portal
  • Experienced in M365 platform is an advantage.
  • Good to have: Microsoft certified - Power Platform
