Responsibilities
- Lead and coach a team of specialists to achieve desired levels of performance and quality for seamless delivery of daily Benefits and L&D operational matters.
- Oversee the insurance claims (e.g GTL, medical for clinicians) processing to ensure the claims are timely processed by insurer.
- Manage benefits related administration such as Long Service Awards and handling of medical claims for key stakeholders.
- Act as an advisor and provide guidance to the team for related escalations or issues that arise.
- Support monthly Divisional Service Level Agreement (SLA) statistical reporting to effectively present trends and team performance indicators and assist in other ad-hoc statistics report where applicable.
- Drive process improvements and system enhancements within the team for efficiency and effectiveness and ensure in compliance with relevant local employment regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
- More than 6 years of HR experience with minimum 3 years relevant to benefits and/or L&D operations.
- Understanding of HR benefits practises and employment laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Supervisory experience is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and knowledge with SuccessFactor will be an advantage.
- Self-driven, strong adaptability, meticulous and ability to prioritise work.
