Responsibilities

  • Oversee the HR Payment and Claims Team in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of HR transaction services for all the institutions and departments (e.g. Manpower Billing, Honorarium, Payment Processing, and Medical Claims related matters, etc.)
  • Ensure the team’s Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Key Performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met and work are delivered in line with policies and relevant Legislation requirement.
  • Analyse and review work processes to improve efficiency and overall performance of the team.
  • Mentor/coach team supervisors and team members for personal development and cross-team collaboration.
  • Manage and drive system improvement projects across HR Group Shared Services (GSS).
  • Participate in assigned taskforce to promote HR GSS values in Quality, Service and Efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of HR operations experience with preferably at least 3 years in people management role.
  • Competent in HR system (SAP SuccessFactors), MS Office (Excel & Word) and knowledge in RPA will be preferred.
  • Project management experience.
  • Analytical and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • High level of initiative and able to manage team and drive performance independently.
  • Good team player and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
