Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and maintaining the HR information systems (HRIS) and ensuring that they are efficiently and effectively supporting the HR department and the organization's HR processes.
- Work closely with HR stakeholders, IT team, and vendors to implement, maintain, and enhance HRIS modules, data integrity, and reporting functionalities.
- Manage and maintain HRIS modules, HRIS system configurations, data integrations, data updates, system upgrades, and security settings.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify and analyze business requirements, design HRIS solutions, and implement system enhancements to streamline HR processes and improve overall system performance.
- Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, including system procedures, process flows, data dictionaries, and user guides.
- Conduct data analysis, data validation, and data audits to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in the HRIS.
- Generate standard and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards
- in HRIS-related projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide end-user training and support on HRIS functionalities, including conducting workshops and resolving user issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in a similar role, with a focus on managing HR information systems.
- Strong technical proficiency in HRIS, preferably with experience in systems such as SAP and SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms.
- Advantageous to have knowledge on data visualization tools (i,e Tableau) and SQL
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 2 Years Direct contract employment.
