Responsibilities

Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases based on user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Conduct manual and automated testing for web, API, and backend services.
Work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Report, track, and manage defects using relevant tools and ensure timely resolution.
Develop and maintain test scripts and frameworks for regression and smoke testing.
Support continuous integration and delivery pipelines by integrating automated tests.
Ensure testing practices comply with secure coding and DevSecOps principles.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Information technology or equivalent.
Around 3 years of experience in software testing, including both manual and automated testing.
Solid understanding of QA processes, test design techniques, and defect management.
Experience testing in Agile/Scrum project teams.
Familiar with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter, or equivalent).
Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and backend testing.
