Responsibilities
Design and deliver polished UI/UX for mobile apps, web platforms, and internal tools Work closely with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders to align design with user and business goals Explore and prototype innovative concepts while supporting current feature work Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and iterate on designs Ensure design quality through regular desk checks during development Stay ahead of trends, researching UX/UI patterns, tools, and competitor products Analyze usage data to identify user pain points and areas for improvement Actively participate in team meetings and planning sessions
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Information technology or equivalent. 3–6 years of UX/UI design experience, with a portfolio showcasing work across digital platforms Proven ability to simplify complex ideas into intuitive user flows and visuals Strong visual design skills—bonus if you’re experienced with motion and micro-interactions Deep understanding of UX principles across mobile, web, and touch interfaces Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, LottieFiles, Axure RP, or similar A user-first mindset, backed by research and data-driven design thinking Self-starter who works well independently and collaboratively
