Responsibilities

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and understand user needs.
Translate user requirements into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design concepts.
Develop and maintain a consistent visual design language and style guide.
Design pixel-perfect user interfaces that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Interaction Design
Define and design interactions and animations that enhance the user experience.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
Advocate for user-centric design principles and provide design guidance during the development process.
Prototyping and Testing
Create interactive prototypes to demonstrate design concepts and user flows.
Design Documentation
Prepare design documentation, including design specifications, style guides, and design assets for development teams.
Maintain organized design files and version control.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
Stay updated with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or Information technology or equivalent.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
Excellent visual design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics
Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, etc.)
Effective communication and collaboration skills
