Responsibilities
Develop and maintain long terms trusting relationships with a portfolio of top advertisers to ensure they do not churn and move to competing platforms Continually acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives Ensure the correct solutions are delivered to our top advertisers in a timely manner Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal Client teams Resolve any issues and problems faced by our top advertisers and deal with complaints in an efficient manner to maintain trust and protect revenue Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships Manage regular meetings with top advertisers including weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Requirements
BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field At least 5 years of relevant experience as Key Account Manager Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs Experience in assisting clients in China, having worked in Chinese export industry Working experience from similar tech platform or digital marketing firm. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels Outstanding ability in problem-solving and negotiation Good knowledge/experience in performance marketing and SEM, good hands-on skills.
