Responsibilities

  • Middleware Architecture: Support the designing and implementation of a robust and scalable middleware architecture that addresses the challenges of fragmented systems, integration issues, and legacy infrastructure.
  • Develop and manage integrations between WMS, SAP, TMS, DBP, WES, and other relevant systems to ensure efficient data flow and process automation.
  • Enable reliable and secure message exchanges between systems using appropriate messaging protocols and technologies.
  • Work closely with the business units and project managers, IT team, external vendors and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
  • Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Implement monitoring and logging mechanisms to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Continuously optimize the performance and scalability of the middleware infrastructure.
  • Stay abreast of emerging middleware technologies and evaluate their potential for improving our supply chain operations.
  • Provide technical advice to project managers/leaders and give technical direction to team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years exp years of experience in middleware systems engineering or a similar role 
  • Strong understanding of middleware concepts, integration patterns, and messaging protocols.
  • Hands-on experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Apache Kafka,Boomi, or similar.
  • Experience with supply chain platforms like WMS, SAP, TMS, and Warehouse Execution Systems is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
