Responsibilities
- Middleware Architecture: Support the designing and implementation of a robust and scalable middleware architecture that addresses the challenges of fragmented systems, integration issues, and legacy infrastructure.
- Develop and manage integrations between WMS, SAP, TMS, DBP, WES, and other relevant systems to ensure efficient data flow and process automation.
- Enable reliable and secure message exchanges between systems using appropriate messaging protocols and technologies.
- Work closely with the business units and project managers, IT team, external vendors and other stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful implementation.
- Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Implement monitoring and logging mechanisms to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Continuously optimize the performance and scalability of the middleware infrastructure.
- Stay abreast of emerging middleware technologies and evaluate their potential for improving our supply chain operations.
- Provide technical advice to project managers/leaders and give technical direction to team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-7 years exp years of experience in middleware systems engineering or a similar role
- Strong understanding of middleware concepts, integration patterns, and messaging protocols.
- Hands-on experience with middleware platforms such as MuleSoft, Apache Kafka,Boomi, or similar.
- Experience with supply chain platforms like WMS, SAP, TMS, and Warehouse Execution Systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year agency contract employment.
