Responsibilities
• Perform the full cycle Sales Operation
• Check data accuracy in orders and invoices
• Liaise with sales and project manager to obtain missing information if necessary
• Create, maintain and update information in reporting tools on daily, weekly and monthly basis
• Prepare weekly sales performance and status reports
• Backup for document verification duties, capable of understanding various document types and their respective verification SOPs
Requirements
• Diploma holder with at least 2 years as a Sales administrator or Sales support relevant experience required
• Provide admin support and ad hoc tasks when is required
• Proficient knowledge of MS Office such as Excel
• Preferably with SAP knowledge and experience
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills
• Ability to work under strict deadlines
• Able to work independently
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 year Agency Contract employment.
