Responsibilities

  • Procure goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
  • Conduct sourcing/ competitive quotation so as to ensure that the best value is achieved for the company
  • Evaluate, negotiate and award orders to selected supplier
  • Ensure that goods and services are timely delivered
  • Achieve the Service Level Agreements (SLA) of Shared Services Centre (SSC)
  • Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures
  • Resolve all price, quality, and delivery or invoice issuesBuild, maintain and manage relationships of both internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement efforts on work process efficiency.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Administration/ Procurement/ Supply Chain Management or equivalent
  • At least two (2) years of experience in Procurement as a Buyer
  • SAP Hands-on and Microsoft Office experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication & planning skills
  • Able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced shared services environment
