Responsibilities

  • Achieves International sales objectives by contributing market sales information and drive the strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing business development action plans; develop countries partners identification and development plans; implementing partners and customer engagement plans; resolving problems; identifying trends; determining market sales system improvements; implementing change in order to achieve the assigned country/region target.
  • Meets international sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements with countries partners and user; preparing a marketing budget; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions.
  • Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for countries in support of partners and customer objectives.
  • Maintains and expands partners and customer base; building and maintaining rapport with key customers and partners; identifying new partners and customer opportunities.
  • Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
  • Implements trade promotions by publishing, tracking, and evaluating trade spending.
  • Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
  • Accomplishes sales and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience in international sales, especially in the Middle East or Europe.
  • Background in tech industries like AI, Cloud, or Defence.
  • Proven success in meeting sales targets and growing markets.
  • Strong skills in strategy, partnerships, and market research.
  • Skilled in negotiation, customer engagement, and presentations.
  • Ability to lead teams and drive business growth.
  • Knowledge of AI, Cloud, and Defence technologies.
  • Understanding of government procurement (preferred).
