Responsibilities

  • Register incoming and outgoing documents. 
  • Generate acknowledgement receipts and mailing of documents. 
  • Preparing, organising, and storing information in paper and digital form 
  • Validating and ensure accuracy of scanned data. 
  • Filing paperwork and form fill for audit purpose. 
  • Resolving discrepancies for incomplete documents 
  • Preparing monthly report for documents generated. 
  • Day-to-Day operations of an office. 
  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Supervisor. 

Requirements

  • Diploma in any field, GCE “A” or “O” 
  • At least 2 yrs of experiences 
  • Proficiency in MS Office word and excel 
  • Meticulous and Detail 
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision 
  • Able to multi-tasked and initiative in work 
  • Able to start immediately or on short notice
