Responsibilities

  • Responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. 
  • Assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution. 
  • Researching, gathering, and synthesizing information. 
  • Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. 
  • Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. 
  • Conduct thorough requirements analysis to ensure accurate understanding of business needs 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business processes 
  • Utilize Pega Platform to streamline and optimize business operations 
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations for process improvements 
  • Coordinate and conduct thorough testing internally and with users

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer studies or equivalent with 4-5 years of relevant working experiences
  • Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis is required. 
  • Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design is recommended. 
  • Intermediate proficiency in Pega Platform is suggested.
