Responsibilities

Responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
Assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining the future state and/or business solution.
Researching, gathering, and synthesizing information.
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Conduct thorough requirements analysis to ensure accurate understanding of business needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document business processes
Utilize Pega Platform to streamline and optimize business operations
Provide strategic insights and recommendations for process improvements
Coordinate and conduct thorough testing internally and with users

Requirements

Degree in Computer studies or equivalent with 4-5 years of relevant working experiences
Expert proficiency in Requirements Analysis is required.
Advanced proficiency in Business Process Design is recommended.
Intermediate proficiency in Pega Platform is suggested.

Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency Contract employment
