Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a specific product within the bank and develop a comprehensive product marketing strategy.
  • Lead a product squad, collaborating with cross-functional teams to strategize and develop solutions tailored to the product's needs.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform product marketing strategies and initiatives.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, acquisition, and retention for the product.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including product development teams, sales teams, and creative agencies, to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage the product marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Conduct semestral forward planning for the product, forecasting market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing long-term marketing strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies relevant to product marketing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related marketing inquiries and initiatives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on campaign performance, market insights, and product developments.

Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 5-6 years of relevant marketing experiences
  • Experience in financial services industry
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive results.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and leading projects from conception to execution.
  • Previous experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms to track campaign performance and measure ROI.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing solutions.
