Conduct detailed business requirement gathering and use case analysis.
Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
Map and optimize business processes, assessing feasibility and benefits of proposed solutions.
Create presentation materials for various end-user discussions.
Understand and update business operation workflows.
Plan and promote user tasks in UAT.

Requirements
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, or related fields.
At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst with strong knowledge in corporate banking industry
Must have user operation background in Corporate Lending (Bilateral & Syndicated) Deal Booking and Settlement operations or experience in using FIS-ACBS or any corporate lending system.
Proven experience in managing IT projects, including software development, infrastructure, or system implementation.
Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
Familiarity with Corporate Banking systems, software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud technologies, or enterprise applications.
Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as MS Office
Tools, Jira, Confluence, or others.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
