Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed business requirement gathering and use case analysis.
  • Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD).
  • Map and optimize business processes, assessing feasibility and benefits of proposed solutions.
  • Create presentation materials for various end-user discussions.
  • Understand and update business operation workflows.
  • Plan and promote user tasks in UAT.
  • Monitor task progress, manage risks and issues, and provide resolution support. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and success of project goals. 
  • Test schedule planning, test scenario creation, test environment preparation, data preparation, etc.
  • UAT issue management (managing tickets) and tracking till solving them o UAT progress monitoring and reviewing the results
  • Regular reporting to Cross Functional PMO and Area PM
  • Promote user tasks in MIGRATION.
  • Conduct a migration rehearsal and list up issues and consider how to handle them
  • Monitor the progress of migration and manage issues, working closely with IT and business user members.
  • Regular reporting to Cross Functional PMO and Area PM
  • Promote user task for EUC/RPA/Tools.
  • Monitor the progress of the user task and manage issues, working closely with IT and business user members.
  • Lead development team such as giving instruction, resource management, issue solving.
  • Regular reporting to Cross Functional PMO and Area PM • Plan and promote user tasks in USER SUPPORT. Developing plan of assigned user tasks in the following areas: UAT, Training, Business Rehearsal, Migration, Customer Relation, BCP Creation, Regulation/Procedure Revision
  • Progress management of assigned user tasks
  • Issue management of assigned user tasks (including other roles (e.g. manage issues raised by developers))
  • Regular reporting to Cross Functional PMO and Area PM
  • Support project implementation planning and execution.
  • Support user queries during post-project implementation
  • Any other duties related to this role.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, or related fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst with strong knowledge in corporate banking industry
  • Must have user operation background in Corporate Lending (Bilateral & Syndicated) Deal Booking and Settlement operations or experience in using FIS-ACBS or any corporate lending system.
  • Proven experience in managing IT projects, including software development, infrastructure, or system implementation.
  • Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
  • Familiarity with Corporate Banking systems, software development life cycle (SDLC), cloud technologies, or enterprise applications.
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as MS Office
  • Tools, Jira, Confluence, or others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
