Requirements
Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, or related fields.
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT project management or a related role in Corporate Banking (Trade Finance, Lending, CASA, Payment) field.
Preferred certifications : PMP, Agile/Scrum certification, or other relevant project management certifications.
Preferred skills : Familiarity with Corporate Banking systems, software development life cycle
(SDLC), cloud technologies, or enterprise applications and Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as MS Office Tools, Jira, Confluence, or others.
Proven experience in managing IT projects, including software development, infrastructure, or system implementation.
Experience working with both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue identification and resolution.
